(International orders could be subject to import taxes, custom duties, and fees once the shipment arrives at its destination. The recipient is responsible for such charges, which can vary from country to country.)

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed on regular business days before 1 p.m. EST will begin processing on the same day. For any order placed on holidays, Saturday or Sunday, processing will begin on the next business day.

RETURN POLICY

We are proud to offer quality products with great value to our customers. All items are thoroughly inspected at several critical points in our preparation and delivery process to make sure they are received in excellent condition. Due to the care we put forth for every order, we are unfortunately unable to process returns or refunds once merchandise has been accepted. We encourage you to inspect items before signing the proof of delivery (POD), which is not only proof of delivery but also the acceptance that the item is in good condition. If you have concerns about your order, you may cancel anytime up to the day of delivery. 

 

In the rare occurrence that an item arrives damaged on delivery or is otherwise damaged before your possession, please notify the delivery team or a customer care representative immediately. For furniture, arrangements will be made for a qualified repair technician to come to your home and correct the damage if possible. For other items, arrangements will be made to exchange the item. Please note that we reserve the right to repair or replace your furniture as deemed necessary at our sole discretion.
